Helps NDIS participants to nurture skills and actively participate in the community. The training is provided by highly skilled Community Engagement Doctors(Vaidya). This program increases individual’s likelihood of landing on employment, improves overall well-being, resilience and connects them successfully to the community.
A Support Coordinator will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other government services. A Support Coordinator will focus on supporting you to build skills and direct your life as well as connect you to providers.
We can assist you in daily tasks and routines that help you to live your life your way, in your own home, on your own terms. We will support you to enable maximum independence in personal activities of daily living, for example, support with self-care, household cleaning and garden maintenance.
