Interactive Release Generator does not actually work
[edit]Seems I discovered the Interactive Release Generator does not truly work. I submitted a ticket for File:The Pittsfield Flight.png on December 13, 2025, using the Interactive Release Generator, an image I alone created. I came to find out the file was deleted due to "no permission received". I verified the email on my end and received a confirmation email.
I'll get it solved through VRT/deleting administrator, however, a note should be added to alert users that it is not a 100% guarantee-to-work process. WeatherWriter (talk) 06:36, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
- @WeatherWriter: there is a fair chance that no one relevant will see this here; I strongly recommend making this remark at COM:VRT/N, which is monitored by members of the VRT. - Jmabel ! talk 06:51, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
- Sadly it's a nonsense report, as the ticket was received normally, and answered within 24 hours. Krd 08:39, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
